2017 First Prize Winner of The Next System Project’s Essay Competition (Graduate)

Detail: This essay contest was held in 2016 by The Next System Project, a project of the Democracy Collaborative, hoping to generate original work and fresh thinking about systems of government and economic structure.  The categories were broken into Graduate, Undergraduate, and Open.
